Chia Pudding with Cranberry Jam and Almond Granola Crumble

Ingrédients

For the chia pudding

250 ml (1 cup) milk or enriched soy beverage

180 ml (3/4 cup) plain Greek yogurt

50 g (1/3 cup) white or black chia seeds

For the jam

100 g (1 cup) Fresh Organic Cranberries

105 g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar

Juice and zest of 1 orange

For the almond granola crumble

60 ml (1/4 cup) butter

35 g (1/4 cup) all-purpose flour

25 g (1/4 cup) ground almonds

60 g (1/4 cup) sugar

30 g (1/4 cup) granola

The tiny chia seed has magic properties. It contains soluble fibre and swells up when soaked in liquid. We predict this pudding recipe will soon become your favourite. You’ll love that all-natural creamy texture, with the fruity touch of homemade organic cranberry-orange jam, which elevates the pudding to a whole new level. The finishing touch: a crunchy almond granola crumble topping. Great for breakfast, as a snack or a not-too-sweet dessert.
