Recommendations
Toasted sesame seeds add a nice, deep flavour. You can buy toasted sesame seeds in Asian supermarkets. Or if using raw sesame seeds, simply toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Some of the seeds will start to pop. Place the seeds on a sheet pan to cool down.
Bites keep for a couple of weeks in the refrigerator in a tightly-sealed plastic container.
